While each bank handles its staffing individually, WB&T Bankshares supports each of the three banks with certain specialized functions. Our banks offer their customers extended hours of service through the use of Interactive Teller Machines and a Customer Care Center - both of which are facilitated through WB&T Bankshares. We also centrally offer the banks service for Human Resources, Compliance, Information Technology, Deposit Operations, Finance, Audit, and Marketing.

It's not all 9-to-5. We have a variety of schedules, depending on the job. It's part of going the extra mile to serve our customers. They aren't just jobs - these are careers.
